We understand how important it is that your order arrives promptly. All online order and successful payment transactions are securely wired through a payment gateway, iPay88. To ensure zero fraud cases, each delivery will subject to payment clearance into FLOORDEPOT2U.COM accounts that are from local banking companies. Payment clearance may from different bank to bank, and with trust we commit to deliver with flexibility & reliability in every order of yours according to your desired schedule. If any reschedule required, call our team and we will be glad to assist your request.

We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.

With items delivered by FLOORDEPOT2U.COM, we don’t just drop your orders at the door. We pre-inspect the item before it’s delivered. Making sure it’s perfect for you. Our service team will then delivers your new floorboards inside your home, unload and place it in your room of choice, and install as needed. Our service team will also remove all packing material, leaving you with nothing but a beautiful room.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME POLICY

Order confirmation and closing time is before 12 pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
Confirmed orders will be processed within the next four (4) business working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
Delivery lead time for Orders to arrive (after processing and packing) is as follows :-
Peninsular Malaysia : 5 – 8 business working days OR schedule as per customer delivery request date (if more than 8 business working days)
