Highlights

Ultra rapid-drying fine textured thixotropic cementitious skimming compound, suitable for levelling and skimming new and existing internal substrates (from a feather-edge up to a maximum of 3 mm) to make them suitable for bonding all types of floor covering very quickly (2 hours), including resilients and textiles.

Apply to：

1) Tiles floor before the Vinyl installation
2) Mix the compound and fill in the tiles gap.
3) Waiting for the mixture compound to dry
4) Make the subfloor smooth, level and clean before Vinyl.
5) Vinyl installation (still need to apply glue if the Vinyl itself don’t have a self-adhesive sticker)

OPTION 1: PICK UP IN STORE

The Floor Depot Pick-Up option offers you the convenience of placing an order online and subsequently picking up your items at a Floor Depot outlet location. After placing your order, our customer service will contact you for pick-up time and date arrangement, however, please allow us processing time if we needed to transfer stock to outlet nearest to you.

(Note: You may also use your own transporter to pick-up items from our outlets i.e. Lalamove)

OPTION 2: DELIVER IT TO YOU

If you wish us to deliver to you, you can select the delivery option during checkout. Our delivery zone is covering Klang Valley (KL & Selangor), Putrajaya, Perak (Ipoh), Pulau Pinang (Prai, Mak Mandin), and Johor (Johor Bharu). Kindly select your state for delivery charges.

SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Order is deemed confirmed when customer pays even partly.
Full payment must be made to FLOOR DEPOT prior to delivery/installation.
Deliver lead time is 7 days from full payment date subject to stock/job slot availability.
Prices are in ex-warehouse PUCHONG SELANGOR. Delivery service is available upon request starting from RM150/trip for landed property & high rise property with lift. There is a manpower unloading service fee occurred when it is a high rise property without lift.
Any online order cancellation request shall inform to our customer service at 019-9887585. All order will be refunded 100%. Cancellation is only valid items purchased via online and as long as haven't yet shipped out.
Product defect claim must be made within 30 days from received date.

INSTALLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Installation area is subject to a minimum *300sqft and above (round up carton).
For installation area is 300sqft and below (round up carton), an additional surcharge is apply as per listing below
1. RM 500 - Hybrid/Laminate/SPC/Vinyl/Carpet Tiles/Engineered Flooring/CHAMWOOD Decking with batten/EVG without earthwork
2. RM 1,000 - CHAMWOOD Decking with aluminium batten/EVG with earth work
3. RM 1,500 – Floor Tiles/Solidwood
Installation service is excluding sub-floor preparation cost (i.e. sub-floor leveling, repairing existing floor defect etc) and excluding Non-Flooring jobs cost if any (i.e. hack existing tiles, trim doors, moving furniture etc), unless purchase by customer.
Installation service comes with free site measure service and a site visit will be arranged to check floor condition and to see if any non-flooring job and/or sub-floor preparation job needed.
Storage, Electricity & Water supply shall be provided FOC by client during the entire installation period.
Minor gapping & hollow effect resulted from floating installed flooring is not a product/work defect.
Installation service is available in Klang Valley, Perak, Penang and Johor only.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Self pickup can be done after 1 working day (refer to ready stocks at pickup location within Klang Valley). Please allow 3-5 working days for our internal stock transfer to your selected pickup location within Klang Valley or 7-14 working days for pick up location outside Klang Valley.
Outstation delivery lead time is 7-14 working days.
Pre-booking item delivery lead time is 7-14 working days.
Please whatsapp our customer careline 019-9887585 (Mon-Sat 8am-7pm, except Public Holiday) by state down your ORDER ID to confirm your stocks are ready to pickup before going to selected pick up location.
