- This is a service to provide on-site flooring inspection (for after-sale service to resolve issues after installation by Floor Depot).
- Technical staff will perform a flooring assessment and condition checking.
- Technical staff will check if it falls under warranty coverage or necessary repair work is needed.
- If the issue falls beyond warranty coverage, any form of a request for repair will be charged based on flooring condition basis.
OPTION 1: PICK UP IN STORE
The Floor Depot Pick-Up option offers you the convenience of placing an order online and subsequently picking up your items at a Floor Depot outlet location. After placing your order, our customer service will contact you for pick-up time and date arrangement, however, please allow us processing time if we needed to transfer stock to outlet nearest to you.
(Note: You may also use your own transporter to pick-up items from our outlets i.e. Lalamove)
OPTION 2: DELIVER IT TO YOU
If you wish us to deliver to you, you can select the delivery option during checkout. Our delivery zone is covering Klang Valley (KL & Selangor), Putrajaya, Perak (Ipoh), Pulau Pinang (Prai, Mak Mandin), and Johor (Johor Bharu). Kindly select your state for delivery charges.
