Refund and Exchange Policy

REFUND

You can return item(s) by submit a proof of purchase (i.e. receipt) and stated return quantity to our customer care via email sales2u@floordepot.com.my or Whatsapp 019-988 7585

Within 7 days from the received date, you can return the item(s) to FLOOR DEPOT express outlet (at own cost)

  • Return item(s) exclude:
  • Damaged and used stock
  • Opened packaging
  • Clearance stock
  • Pre-book stock
  • The return request is subject to the verification of proof of purchase. (i.e. receipt)
  • The refund will take approximately 45-60 days from the return item(s) received.
  • The refund will be made via direct bank-in.

EXCHANGE

You can exchange item(s) by submit a proof of purchase (i.e. order receipt) and stated exchange quantity to our customer care via email sales2u@floordepot.com.my or Whatsapp 019-988 7585

  • Exchange accepted prior item(s) delivery
  • Exchange accepted with same series and price
  • Exchange accepted for higher price item(s)

FLOOR DEPOT reserves all rights to change and amend the Return/Refund/Exchange request without prior notice
