Within 7 days from the received date, you can return the item(s) to FLOOR DEPOT express outlet (at own cost)
- Return item(s) exclude:
- Damaged and used stock
- Opened packaging
- Clearance stock
- Pre-book stock
- The return request is subject to the verification of proof of purchase. (i.e. receipt)
- The refund will take approximately 45-60 days from the return item(s) received.
- The refund will be made via direct bank-in.
